First and foremost, I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude for being entrusted with the critical role of secretary in PARIHAR. We have come a long way since its establishment by its initial pillars.

The past office bearers who nurtured it, toiled hard to take PARIHAR to where it proudly stands today. Its growing popularity is evident in the organisation’s increasing strength and extended measures it has taken to positively transform thousands of individuals and families.

After taking the baton from the previous governing body members, who had done an excellent job, we continue to strive to take PARIHAR to new heights.
We have tried to successfully implement this organisation’s vision and mission. We eagerly look forward to continue to work with more zeal and enthusiasm for the deserving sections of society through PARIHAR.

It is an honor to serve as the Treasurer for this term, during which Parihar experienced significant growth and progress. This organisation is committed to advancing counselling to a higher level and fostering stakeholder collaboration.
Financial prudence and transparency are key to achieving these goals. I am proud of Parihar’s dedication to efficiently managing our resources to support our initiatives.

It must be noted that the Parihar team, donors, and all members have actively participated in our activities and contributed to our shared success. I appreciate your trust and dedication. Together, we will reach new milestones and establish standards of excellence.

It has been my great privilege to lead Parihar.
➤ I am glad to report that in 2024 we were able to receive 3300 Women cases in which
2995 were resolved with counselling.
We also received 206 children cases in which 143 cases were resolved.
We conducted 89 awareness programs in schools, colleges, workplaces and communities.
➤ 17 events including seminar, workshop, training and celebrations were also conducted.
We have expanded Parihar Counselling Services in 8 Women Police Stations across Bengaluru City and recently we have started one more Parihar counselling centre in Electronic city police station.
180 women have been trained in tailoring and other skills through 3 Parihar Skill Development Centres.
➤ Free E-Auto driving training is being provided through Namma Yatri for underprivileged women. Around 250 women have been sent for training and empowered.
11 Parihar beneficiaries/underprivileged single mothers were given free E- Autos which were donated by NTT DATA and GE AEROSPACE.
➤ The Commissioner of Police holds a Monthly Review Meeting every month 4th Tuesday
with all the Parihar Counsellors to monitor the Parihar’s work and activities.
On behalf of Parihar, I want to extend my special thanks to the Commissioner of Police, Hon. President of Parihar, who is a pillar of strength for this organization. Parihar’s growth and development during 2024 has been immense, all because of his unwavering support.
I want to thank all the Governing Body Members who are the backbone of Parihar and its activities.
My thanks to all the Parihar Donors, Advisory Committee Members, Auditors, Legal Advisors and Members for their support.
I would like to thank all the Bengaluru City Police who help us and work hand in hand with Parihar. I appreciate the sincere work done by Parihar Team.
